Technical Sales & Account Manager

We are on the quest to find a German-speaking Technical Account Manager to be part of our business development team, working partly remotely and in our office in Valencia.

Basic Requirements

  • At least three years experience providing information technology software and services for enterprises, government agencies and system integrators
  • Previous experience being responsible for the management of sales and relationships with new and existing customers
  • Fluent in English and German, any other languages are a bonus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organisational, planning and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in technology and passion for the Internet of Things

Other Relevant Requirements

  • Good knowledge of the IoT technologies.
  • Understanding of computer networks and radio technology
  • Specialisation in LPWAN technologies, especially LoRaWAN.
  • Public Speaking and demonstration skills
  • Data management and analysis
  • Experience engaging and developing opportunities with new accounts

  • A young spirited, energetic, easy-going person with a strategic mindset
  • Enthusiastic about working in a scale-up environment alongside a small, talented, and driven team
  • Interested in the Internet of Things, technology solutions, and IT in general
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and comfortable to work remotely
  • Holder of (at least) a Bachelor degree (in Computer science or related field is a plus) or equivalent work experience
  • Customer-focused with a professional attitude and demeanour
  • A good listener with the ability to empathise with client requirements

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Account management for technical requirements
  • Scheduling installation and maintenance with client and DevOps team
  • Support clients with technical pre-requisite information for servers
  • Customer consultancy for technical implementation/integration of services
  • Product / LoRaWAN Network Server (LNS) Demos
  • Comprehensive understanding of all LNS technical features
  • Pre and post-sales technical consultancy
  • Technical writing for Documentation Hub
  • Present and support in workshops
  • Support problem solving for existing and potential customers
  • Contribute to new feature ideas based on customer requirements
